To comply with Health & Safety legislation we need to ensure that our service personnel are not exposed to any hazard resulting from the return of your equipment. If the unit is likely to be contaminated with blood, body fluids, pathological specimens, other biohazards, chemicals or substances hazardous to health, radioactive substances or any other hazard, it MUST be decontaminated prior to return for service. You are requested to give details of any such procedure and certify that the unit is in a safe condition. Failure to provide this information may delay the return of your equipment.
